Accessibility Statement

CWPX is built for humans first. That includes making this site usable for as many people and assistive technologies as possible.

Our Commitment

I am committed to providing a website that is accessible and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.
My goal is to align this site with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines over time and to continue improving the experience as the CWPX brand grows.

Steps I’m Taking

  • Using clear headings and semantic HTML structure where possible.
  • Maintaining strong color contrast between text and background.
  • Providing descriptive alternative text for important images, especially Phoenix and cattery content.
  • Designing layouts to work on a range of screen sizes and devices.
  • Reducing motion, clutter, and unnecessary interface friction.

Compatibility

This site is intended to work with modern web browsers (such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and with common assistive technologies including screen readers, screen magnifiers, and voice-control tools.

Because the site is actively evolving, there may be sections built on newer WordPress or custom components that do not yet behave perfectly with all assistive tools. When you encounter those, I want to know.

Known Limitations

I’m actively working through improvements. Some known limitations may include:

  • Occasional missing or incomplete alternative text on legacy images or posts.
  • Some forms using third-party or experimental components that may not fully support all assistive technologies.
  • Auto-generated content or archives that may not have perfect heading hierarchy yet.

If you find an issue, please reach out so I can push it into the next round of updates.

Feedback & Support

If you experience any difficulty using this website, or if you rely on a specific assistive technology and something isn’t working well, I want to hear from you.

Please reach out with:

  • The page or feature you were using.
  • What you were trying to do.
  • Any assistive technology or browser details you’re comfortable sharing.
