Household setup, schedule, pets, expectations, and what you actually want in a Birman companion.
This is how we avoid mismatches.

2) Fit screen
We check alignment.

Indoor-only, no declawing, realistic timeline, and the kind of home that supports a premium,
ethically placed kitten.

3) Match window
Temperament + timing.

When the right kitten’s temperament and your timing line up, we reach out.
The right match beats the fastest click.

What helps you get matched faster

“Faster” doesn’t mean skipping steps — it means giving clean information we can actually use.

  • Clear schedule + how long the cat is alone per day.
  • Honest pet dynamics (cats/dogs) and your intro plan.
  • Specific preferences (sex, color, age) — but flexible when needed.
  • Veterinarian info and readiness to follow care guidance.
If your timeline is “ASAP,” be prepared to wait. Ethical programs don’t run on pressure.

How long is the wait?

Depends on your flexibility and the match window. If you want a very specific color/sex/timing,
expect a longer runway.

Is this first-come?

No. It’s fit-first. Temperament + household alignment decides placement order.
